1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing products from Roxy's Hair Design, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.
2. Booking Deposit & Appointment Cancellation Policy
Clients booking appointments with Roxy's Hair Design accept the following terms. A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total service cost is required to confirm your appointment. To avoid cancellation fees, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for regular services and 1 to 2 weeks' notice for bridal packages. Cancellations outside these timeframes and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of $50, and deposits will be forfeited. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and deposit loss. Roxy's Hair Design reserves the right to refuse service as necessary and is not liable for any injuries occurred on the premises.
3. Salon Etiquette and Punctuality
We strive to provide a premium, relaxing experience for all clients. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in an automatic appointment cancellation and the loss of your deposit. Roxy's Hair Design reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
4. Health, Safety, and Allergies
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Clients must disclose any known allergies, scalp conditions, sensitivities, or previous chemical treatments prior to receiving any service. Roxy's Hair Design is not liable for any adverse reactions, hair damage, or injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or previous chemical applications.
5. Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy includes a mandatory 48-hour processing period after order placement, followed by an estimated 5-10 business days for shipment notification and tracking via email. Please be aware that delays may occur due to mailing services beyond our control, and once an order is shipped, addresses cannot be altered, so ensure accurate information is provided when ordering.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and refunds or exchanges will only be issued for defective products as determined by the merchant. Defective items must be returned within 7 business days in their original packaging with all tags and wrappings intact; used or tampered products will not be accepted.
7. Service Modifications and Pricing
Roxy's Hair Design reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service with or without prior notice. Prices for all services and products are subject to change without notice. The final price of a service may vary based on hair length, density, and detangling requirements, which will be communicated during your consultation.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Roxy's Hair Design, its owner, or its staff be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, products, or website. We are not liable for any personal property lost, damaged, or stolen on the premises.
9. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Roxy's Hair Design and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roxy's Hair Design, its owner, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Photography & Media Release
By booking an appointment, you consent to Roxy's Hair Design taking photographs and/or videos of your hair before, during, and after the service. These may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us prior to your appointment.
12. Third-Party Services
Our booking and payment processes are managed through a third-party platform, Vagaro. By using our booking system, you agree to Vagaro's terms of service and privacy policy. Roxy's Hair Design is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of this third-party platform.
13. Communications & Consent
By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, promotional messages, and other communications from Roxy's Hair Design via SMS text messages and email. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
