Roxy's Hair Design Studio Policies

Clients booking appointments with Roxy's Hair Design accept the following terms. A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total service cost is required to confirm your appointment.

To avoid cancellation fees, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for regular services and 1 to 2 weeks' notice for bridal packages. Cancellations outside these timeframes and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of $50, and deposits will be forfeited.

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and deposit loss.

Roxy's Hair Design reserves the right to refuse service as necessary and is not liable for any injuries occurred on the premises.
