    Tangling is most commonly caused by dryness and friction. To prevent it: keep extensions moisturized with a light oil or leave-in conditioner, detangle gently from ends upward with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, sleep with a satin bonnet or satin pillowcase every night, avoid saltwater and chlorine without protective styling, and wash extensions every 2 to 3 weeks to prevent product buildup. Cuticle-aligned bundles like those in Roxy's collection tangle significantly less than non-aligned alternatives.

    After removal, gently detangle the bundles, wash with a sulfate-free shampoo, condition, and allow to fully air dry before storing. Store in the original packaging, a zip-lock bag, or a silk or satin pouch away from direct sunlight and humidity. Do not store bundles while damp — this can cause mildew. Properly stored bundles can be reinstalled multiple times over 1 to 3 years.

    No — you can purchase bundles directly from Roxy's Hair Design in-studio at your appointment, or in advance online with in-store pickup. If you are bringing your own bundles from another source, please ensure they are high-quality human hair (not synthetic) and notify us of the texture and length when you book so Roxy can prepare for your install.

    A full install appointment includes a consultation to discuss your desired look and confirm bundle and closure selection, a professional braid-down foundation, hand-sewn weft installation, and final styling of the extensions. A wash and blow-dry may be included depending on the service package — see our booking page for full service details. Roxy also provides complete aftercare guidance at the end of every install appointment.
